Travel Requirements
Arrivals
All US & Canadian Citizens must have a valid passport, that does not expire within 3 months of your departure date from the Bahamas & a round-trip ticket. Passengers with a one-way ticket may be denied entry to the Bahamas.

Upon arriving in The Bahamas, everyone must fill out and sign an immigration form, keeping a portion of the card in hand until departing. An oral baggage declaration is required. 

Departures
When departing the island of Nassau, you will clear customs and immigration while inside the Nassau Airport, so please give yourself plenty of time to get through the airport while departing.
COVID-19 Information
Fully Vaccinated Travelers:   
Fully vaccinated travelers no longer need to submit to pre-travel COVID-19 testing to enter the country and will need to present proof of fully vaccinated status to the airline, before they board their flight to The Bahamas. Travelers no longer need to apply for a Bahamas Travel Health Visa in order to enter The Bahamas.

Unvaccinated Travelers: 
Unvaccinated travelers ages 2 and older will be required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test result – either a negative Rapid Antigen test or a negative RT-PCR test – taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to travel and to present the negative test results before boarding their flight to The Bahamas.   Travelers no longer need to apply for a Bahamas Travel Health Visa in order to enter The Bahamas.

International Cell Phone Usage
You will need to notify your cell phone carrier prior to arrival in the Bahamas to inquire about international usage. Free Wifi is available in all areas of the Baha Mar Resort for data usage, however, Calls and text messages may be unavailable without an international call plan. 

Verizon - offers a $10 per day International Plan
AT&T - offers a $10 per day International Plan
T-Mobile - offers a $15 per MB data, $0.50 per/text. $0.25 per/min International Plan
US Cellular - Offers a pay-as-you-go rate for Voice calls only. Currently listed at $1.75 per minute. (iPhones can make calls over Wifi once you are at the resort. You can turn on this feature in your phone's settings.)
